Get started on your Crescent 360 Portal

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to get started on the Crescent 360 Portal. Complete your onboarding to enter information about your family, your financial priorities and your current financial picture.

1. On the Crescent Private Wealth site, click on the Crescent 360 button. If you haven’t received your login invite yet for the Crescent 360 portal or need it resent, please contact us at mylifeplan@crescentpw.com.

2. Enter your username and click Next.

3. Enter your password and click Login.

4. The first time you log in, you’ll see the onboarding start screen. Click on Let’s Get Started to begin.

5. Identify the financial goals that are at the top of your mind. This helps us define the plans to help you achieve success. Click Next Steps when you’re done.

6. Your financial plan needs to match your priorities. Drag and move these concepts up and down to align with your priorities, then click on Next Step.

7. Let’s plan for the unexpected. Select the items that keep you up at night and then click Next Step.

8. Now, let’s gather some basic information about you.

9. Let’s gather details about your extended family who are a part of your financial priorities.

10. Enter the name and date of birth of each family member. When you’re done adding family members, click Next Step.

11. Provide some basic data about your current employment and at what age you plan to retire. If you’ve entered information about a spouse earlier in the onboarding, the next step will ask for the same information about your spouse.

12. Of course, your goals for retirement help define how your financial plan needs to work for you today. Tell us about your goals for retirement.

13. In addition to retirement, you have other financial goals. On this step, you can note all the goals you currently have for big financial life events and milestones. Select from the options on the left and in the next window, you’ll enter details about that goal.

14. Give this goal a name. Enter the start and end year that you’ll need this goal funded and the amount per year this goal requires.

15. We’re almost done! Take this opportunity to enter any real estate, business or other personal property assets you have.

16. Now, let’s link your financial accounts. You can link banking, investment, credit card, loan and other accounts here. By linking all your accounts, you’ll be able to see a picture of your entire financial situation, create budgets and track spending by category.

17. In this last step, you can add information about other professionals who are important to your financial plan, such as your CPA, Insurance Agent, Estate Attorney and more.

18. Once you’ve completed your onboarding, you’re ready to schedule time with your Wealth Advisor to craft your personal financial plan. Click here to book your meeting. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Take me to my Website to start exploring the Crescent 360 portal.
