I’m the Education and Learning Strategist at Crescent Private Wealth, where I lead initiatives that empower women through values-driven financial literacy. I created Her Barakah, a Crescent Private Wealth-powered initiative, to design faith-aligned educational experiences that help women take confident ownership of their financial futures.
I hold a Ph.D. in Education and bring over a decade of academic and classroom experience to my work. As a former professor and lifelong educator, I’m passionate about making complex financial concepts accessible and practical. My approach is rooted in pedagogical expertise and a deep belief that education is a powerful catalyst for transformation.
Currently, I serve as Chair of the Board at Al-Iman School in Raleigh, where I support the school’s strategic vision and growth. With international experience and cross-cultural insight, I strive to connect with diverse audiences by blending academic rigor with real-world relevance.
I’m married to Ahmad Quqa and am the proud mother of three wonderful children—Randa, Omar, and Maryam—who inspire me every day. I find deep fulfillment in building a life centered on purpose, faith, and service. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, traveling, swimming, horseback riding, and spending quality time with my family.
